Thermly is operated by Thermly Limited, a New Zealand company.

Thermly collects the account details needed to provide access to the calculator, including your email address, display name when provided by your sign-in provider, login provider, approval status, and security logs. Saved projects may be stored against your account in a future release.

Account and application data is processed using AWS services and may be stored outside New Zealand. Google and Apple may process identity information when you choose those sign-in methods.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Requests are handled consistently with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
